Western Region
Coral-stone façades, latticed rawasheen, and the cosmopolitan port.
Curatorial summary
Hijazi cities have always been thresholds: a place where the pilgrim, the trader, and the local meet. Western works gathered here turn that meeting into image — a face framed by birds, a balcony of carved teak, a procession told in a single panel.
